Definitely possibile, in fact someone has most likely done this at some point.

The record quickest pass (to the best of my knowledge) was a 12.89 in a 100% stock '99 M6 Z28. Add a lid, catback, 4.10 gear, tires/suspension, and a bunch of weight reduction and I'm sure you'd see an 11 second pass with that car in great weather. Take the same car with an auto, and I'm sure the same ET or better (but with lower MPH) would be possibile with a 4000+ stall.

I was in the same boat as you a couple weeks ago when my car and I did our first dyno pull. I have the same mods and hit 304/320 with 147k miles on the clock. I wouldn't doubt you'll hit your goal, but all dynos are different.
