help please!!!!

So hey guess I need some help I got my 228r cam but ccan't figure out what valve springs and rockers to run? I have stock heads.any info would be appreciated thanks guys.

Stock rockers with the trunion upgrade and BTR platinum springs and you should be good to go.

X3, can't go wrong with the BTR platinum springs a trunion up-grade.
