The cam itself really doesn't need to be broken in, but running a heat cycle or two for the valve springs isn't a bad idea in my opinion

How do u do that just let it idle up to normal running temp?

Yeah basically that and may maybe a few easy revs up to 2000 rpm or so. There is really is no exact correct procedure here, but a lot of guys do something like that just as added insurance

There is no break in. Just get in it and drive it. If it makes you feel better get it up to normal operating temp a couple of times and let it cool down to heat cycle the springs. Go run the hell out of it and enjoy your new power.

Like everyone else said, just let your springs heat up a couple times or else they can break...

Heat cycles for the springs, but there is no break in needed with the cam.
