Default Truunion install problem

So I just got done installing the Comp cams Truunion kit on my stock 5.3 rocker arms, I noticed all of them except 2 move freely back and forth inside the rocker, the other two are very hard to move around. I literally have to take a flat tip and stick it inside to manually wiggle them, is this going to be an issue? I'm assuming maybe I didn't go 100% straight when pressing? Could someone verify or help a brother out thanks

I'll post up some pics

Yes, that's going to be a problem. That bearing will wear out and self destruct in not time. Take it apart and see if you can see what the problem is. Then contact the kit maker.

You probably pressed the bearings too tight up against the shaft shoulders. Just take a soft mallet and tap both ends of the trunnion shaft. This will moved the needle bearings off the shoulders and should loosen them up.

did you maybe not have the trunnion perfectly centered and forced one of the bearings in? I caught myself a few times almost doing this when i did the trunnion upgrade.
