What is this part?? What the hell part is this and how the hell do I remove it? I'm trying to re-install the crap PCV assembly and this damn thing is in the way.
(the part in the back of the photo with wire out the top and hose disconnected).
Also, I'm frustrated to no end trying to get this crap back together, but I have no freaking access to the back of the driver side valve cover due to this stupid part and it's bracket.

So I believe it's the Air Injection Recirculation (AIR) pump. It's bracket came off with a 10mm nut on top of the valve cover and a 15mm bolt on the back of the block (that was fun, had to to it by feel).
