Default These headers worth it?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-1999-2000-2001-2002-camaro-z28-ss-trans-am-ws6-ls1-kooks-headers-long-tubes/131315705572?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D27538%26meid%3Db7042b9b8dda427083cf03d02f474dfa%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D11353%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D291281084316&rt=nc
Like topic says, they worth the 500? listing says they only have about 5k miles on them, but they look pretty dirty for 5k.

Any way for me to verify visually that they are in fact Kooks headers?

Or alternatively... would this be a better deal?

Thee Kooks are a better deal. Pacesetters will eventually rust out and need replaced and the merge on the y pipe is junk, the Kooks are stainless steel and will last forever. You'll either want to use the emissions fittings or cut them off and have them welded shut, they're likely to eventually have the welds fail if you leave them as is with black off plates. I'd only buy them it they are 1 7/8's headers also if you ever plan to go beyond bolt on's, 1 3/4's start giving up power at that point and you would be better off buying TSP or Speed Engineering 1 7/8's headers or just paying ~$900 for new Kooks or ARH.

Take it from someone that didn't do this. PIA to weld up when they have broken off on the car.

I wouldn't even waste the time or money on short tubes. If it's for emissions purposes as long as you don't throw any codes you'll pass with the LT's
