Default oil pan problem. help?

I noticed I had a oil leak and I found out it was from the oil pan. So I decided to change out the gasket and I noticed that one of the bolts to the pan will not bite down to the motor because it is stripped. I'm looking to fix this and what would be the best way to do so. Thanks. 02 ws6

Drop the pan back down, drill and install a Helicoil. Don't forget to add a spot of red Hi-temp RTV silicone to the 4 corners where the rear main and timing covers contact the oil pan gasket.

Thanks, Well due to the fact that I already snuged up all the bolts down besides the one that spins after a half a turn when it snugs down. So what I'm getting at is can I reuse the gasket or do I have to buy a new one cause it is tight already. Or can I just rev it? Sorry first timer here on ls but willing to get right.

You can reuse the gasket, it's not a problem on these LS engines. The red RTV is just to seal the mating point of the 2 gaskets, it's not needed any where else.
