I put a 4.8 from a 2006 Sierra into a 56 cameo. Went real well with a little help. It fired right up on the inital start and keeps running smooth but it's in default mode. No throttle at all. No codes and the check engine light goes out as soon as it starts. We checked with a multimeter today and the throttle body reads as it should, but the plug at the pedal has 6.9 volts in all terminals. I will check the leads coming out of the TAC tomorrow to see where the problem is. Also, I put a mechanical oil pressure guage in. Do I have to do anything with the plug from the computer, or would that be taken care of when Wait4me performance did the harness and ECM?
Any thoughts?

did you get matching pcm,pedal & tach box? If not that could be your problem. My local go to guy at salvage yard says they sell alot of pedal assemblies do to electric part going bad.
