Look at Cam Motion, Brian Tooley, Texas Speed and Performance, and others for "5.3 Truck Cams". Might be what you're after.

+1 for Brian Tooley, Texas Speed, and Cam Motion mentioned above. Also take a hard look at Engine Power Systems (EPS). I have had great luck dealing with Geoff.
