Which plugs do you guys run ? And how often do you guys find yourself changing them ? Also have you heard of "Denso" seem to be a little bit higher prices plug .

For a stock LS1, I've gone the full recommended 100k miles on the original platinums and they still looked good when they came out.

Modified setups may require a different plug, different gap, and/or different change interval. Tip material (conventional/copper, platinum, iridium) will also determine change interval.
