So I recently just purchased a ZR1 LS9 cam for my LS1 and I was wondering what size pushrods I was gonna have to run if I was gonna run roller lifters? Anyone got any ideas?

Troll post?

You're sticking a factory cam in. You run the pushrods and lifters you already have.

Your lifters are already roller lifters.

Since you aren't doing anything drastic to alter the PTV clearance (changing head gasket thickness, milling heads, larger ratio rockers, etc), stock length pushrods should be what you'll need. As always, nothing beats measuring your required pushrod length with an adjustable pushrod tool just to be absolutely sure. That being said, if you are going through the effort of opening up the engine for a cam swap, I would select a different cam. Something a little more aggressive and made to work better with the cathedral port heads to give you more bang for your buck. You'll need upgraded springs and chromoly pushrods depending on the cam you choose. As stated, the stock lifters are already roller lifters. Some people swap out the lifters for LS7 lifters for peace of mind, but that's not necessary.

Just throwing this out there incase you didn't already know. The LS9 cam requires a front mount cam sensor so to run in an ls1 you'll need the LS3 front cover and sensor and timing gear.
