Default Building an Ls1

Need help with planning. I have an 01 SS camaro with Bigger TB LS6 intake headers and full exhaust I am planning on getting 243 Heads and doing a stage 2 port on them. Along with a TPS 233/239 600" cam. The Heads I found have 650 springs in them. Will I need new rockers to support these mods? Also what else would I need besides the gaskets bolts etc?

Depends on the lift of your cam. I believe anything over 600 needs roller rockers to prevent valve tip scrubbing.

Get a quality full roller aluminum rocker and you should be good to go.

Could I still use my stock rocker arms with the 650 lift springs?

I'm running the LS7 rockers with Straub Technologies bushings at the moment and all is good so far with .700 lift springs and lifting the intake .660.
