Need help trying to find out y my 98 transam ls1 won't pass deq took to shop several times that said it was fixed still don't pass

Do you have a check engine light and the ECM is throwing codes? If so what codes?

I live in Oregon the check engine light is on but they said they put a new bank sensor 2 and a new o2 sensor and still don't pass not to sure what to do now

If the check engine light is on bring it to your local autozone and get it scanned for free. That'll tell you the problem. As long as the light is on it's an automatic fail anyway regardless of the problem.

Good advice! From there you can find out what codes are being sent and work to address them.

Usually when a work is done to the car the battery is disconnected. They may have not had the tool to clear the codes and you just need to go out and drive it for awhile so the ECM can clear them.
