Happy Memorial Day to Everyone! On the LS1 that my son purchased, there is a plastic piece on top with a brass insert in it that is used for the bolt that holds the intake cover that says "Vortec" on. Please see the picture. I'm sure there is a name for this piece but I have no idea what it is. Anyway, the brass piece has disconnected from the plastic and whenever you try to use a bolt there it just spins around. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this so that he can use the intake cover? I'm reluctant to start prying and turning things because I don't know how they've been engineered to work. Thanks for your help!
