Ls1 aluminum block

I have a aluminum ls1 block with one cyl. Scared,
can these blocks be repaired

They can't handle much more than a .005 hone.

They can be resleaved if you want to spend the money. Not sure if RED is still doing it, but they were resleaving to ls7 specs.
