Weird shaking

Weird shaking Got in my '99 auto z28 this morning. Started it up and put it in drive and noticed the entire car was shaking.
At first I thought it was a misfire on the engine, but it isn't. At idle it is smooth as anything or if you rev it. And get above walking pace and it is also smooth. But the car has a violent vibration/shaking/shudder if you are in Drive with your foot on the brake pedal, such as when reversing or slow crawling.
I'm assuming something like a transmission mount/engine mount may be at fault. But not really sure what to check. Any ideas?
