Default LS version differences and upgrades

I am getting things set up for swapping an LS into my car and its going smooth so far, but I have a few questions.

The engine that I have is the 5.3 from a 2001 Yukon, and its matching 4l60e. The engine has a cable throttle, and I think its not flex fuel (no badge on the car). I really want to switch to an electric throttle and also set it up to use e85. Will an electric throttle off of a 2003 Silverado fit? If so, can I just use the harness from said 2003 Silverado to connect the electric throttle and throttle pedal to the 2001 Yukon PCM that came with the engine? I was told to make flex fuel work I need to swap to EV6 flex fuel injectors and of course get the flex sensor. Can I just put EV6 connectors on the harness and plug the flex sensor into the ECM and set it up in the tune, or is there more to it on the hardware side of things?

You have to use an ECU that was setup for flex fuel.
