Default Dropped Engine

Engine fell off crane about 4 feet first it hit a bucket then the cement. Landed on the flywheel. There is no external damage. Should I be worried about internal damage ?

Worried? Yes. I'd definitely replace that flywheel. But in all likelihood if there's no external damage then there's no internal damage. I've seen diesel engines hit the ground and then we open them up to part out and everything is fine. Engines are pretty tough boat anchors.
