Default Spark plug question

Hello all, I got a spark plug question,I have a 06 Escalade 6.0l engine wondering if I could run ngk tr55 plugs in it for better performance? I ran them in my 02 Camaro ss an I was happy with them ,or if not please any suggestions would be great ,thanks

you sure could use them, as for a performance gain...
Is the engine stock ?

Yes stock engine ,only thing aftermarket is the cold air intake system

You won’t see any performance gain from them. A stock replacement is ideal until you really start modifying stuff or experiment with nitrous/forced induction.

I ran TR55's for years. At my last spark plug change, I went back to iridiums. Perhaps it was due to other factors, but my idle has been more steady and fuel economy has improved since the change.
