Default 99-02 cluster differences

So I have a 1999 camaro z28 and my Speed and rpm gauges stopped working.(we have already confirm it’s the cluster). So here in town I found one off a 2000 camaro z28 and was wonder if there different. I also found one off a 02 camaro ss. I would love to get the one off the 2002 camaro since there only 300 miles different from the one that comes off my car. But the one off the 2000 camaro is 3k miles over mine but cheaper. So my main concern is should I go with the 2000 or should I go with the 2002? is there any difference between them at all if I buy either one will they both work like the original one did.. I know for sure the 1998 are different so I’m not even looking at those.. but I can easily find a 00-02 cluster.. there is no 1999 camaro z28 clusters around me Or I will just go that route..
The ASR(traction control) have anything to do with it?
cheers

I can't answer your question for sure but there are some rebuilders that will fix your cluster and return it to you without needing to worry about that stuff. It might cost you as much or more as a replacement though.

^ This is true (my brother did it, but it had to be sent out). Other than that, I don't think there is any difference from 99-02. There is not for Firebirds, so I have to assume the same is true for Camaros.
