Hello all, im new here because im going to swap a LS1 into my Miata, Ive found a seller that has both cable driven throttle body and drive by wire. I was thinking going drive by wire for some reasons like able to have easy cruisecontrol and also much nicer engine bay without cable over the engine etc. \

Ive already did research that the corvettes came with DBW throttle body and the camaro and firebirds with cable. But ive found some pictures online from a LS1 with DBW throttle body that does look like the ones that can be seen on the corvette engines. Could it be that they replaced it for a newer version? Or is this an LS1 found in a truck or is it not an LS1? It also has an low mount alternator and the corvette ones all have high mount for what i could search.
