LS 5.3 DBW conversion to basic DBC

LS 5.3 DBW conversion to basic DBC I've been doing a bunch of research on this site and found tons of great info. Thank you to all.
I purchased a 2005 5.3L c1500 truck motor complete (harness, PCB fuse box and all) (blue / Green)
I want to convert it to DMC so I picked up a DBC throttle and a matching PCM (Serv No. 12200411). (Blue / Red)
I just need the very minimal basic wiring for the vehicle (49' jeep ******) manual transmission. Zero accessories. Just run the motor and fuel.
What is the best route at this point ($ wise),
A. Go find a donor (blue/red) wiring harness and strip it down and flash the PCM or
B. find an aftermarket harness and still flash the PCM or
C. ???
If aftermarket route, any recommentdation or links etc would be very helpful?

Thank you. lots of great info there. I have seen quite a few aftermarket harnesses on the "A......." site. Does anyone have good experience with any of those before I dive in and start tearing into the stock harness?
