LS2 injector and loop issue

LS2 injector and loop issue New member here;
So bought harness from Howell Engine Developments and have a couple of issues. Been dealing with them for 2 months now and no progress.
When crank engine injectors will never light noid light but let off starter and on second crank they fire. Does it every time.
Second issue when finally starts it is running .9 on O2 sensors and won't go into closed loop unless touch throttle then comes out as soon as let off.
I would appreciate any suggestions and thank you in advance.

Make sure the injectors and coils are wired "HOT" in crank and run key positions
