Default Special tool needed for front camber adjustment

I had a wheel alignment done on my 02 Camaro and they told me a camber tool is needed to adjust the front camber and none of the techs have this tool. The camber is off by one and should I worry about this? Or just leave it as is?

I wouldn't worry about .1* of camber, but I bought one to let my shop use a couple of times. It's an OTC 7840, @$140.
