headers help needed

Question headers help needed
does anybody know how to install headers are there any directions anywhere and how hard is it going to be (any tricks to make it easier would be nice)

Its not hard at all. tips really vary between the differnt headers but i can say one thing for them all, remove the coil packs first but looks like u have a 96 so i dont know.

how much horsepower can i expect frm a set of long tubes on stock ls1 w/just a blo master muffler

Not what you want until u remove the blo master or put a cutout in.
