About a cam...
to all you guys that know this stuff lol... For a cam swap, you should always replace the valvesprings. Some valvesprings require aftermarket retainers, some work with the factory retainers. Pushrods are inexpensive so replace those as well (factory ones are weak and bend easily).
retainers - hold the valvesprings so they dont fly off into space
push rods - connect the lifters (which slide/roll on the cam) to the rocker arms which depress the valvesprings which open the valves which flow gas/air well enough to blow the doors off of most cars on the road
