sometimes when i'm driving my car will start to vibrate at~60 mph, my girlfriend said it makes her nose itch because its like a fast vibration, not a shake or anyhting. i was thinking it was something in the drivetrain, and carfax tells me that the first owner broke the rear end under warrenty. could this be the source of my problems? driveshaft or transmission? this has been an ongoing problem since before i modded my car.

Pull em, and take them to your local parts place. They can check them and turn em' for ya.
The alignment may also be an issue here also.
