Default Need some advice.

just recently i bought an 02 camaro ss and so far have only put exhaust on and was curious on what would be a good next step to do i was thinking maybe lid but if there are any better suggestions id be helpful thanks.

definitely go with the lid and filter next. maybe some sticky tires and some susupension pieces also....SFC, LCA, sway bar, PHB.

Depends on if you have an A4 or not. If you have an A4 get a converter. Regardless you should do the free mods and get a lid.

Do the free mods, just don't touch the maf. Also take you cats off if you haven't already. Then get some sticky tires and even get your throttle body ported. These are the not so expensive mods that help out alot. The mods helped me go 13.15 with two cutouts and street tires.

What I meant by that statement was don't port it... descreening is kinda alright in some cases. When I ported my MAF, I saw a power loss (slower ET). I asked a few questions about it a long time ago and found out that I would need to get tuning for the adjustment because the maf was no longer correctly calibrated. I ended up buying new ends.

Sounds to me like you've got some good advise already, so I'll just and and agree w/ pretty much what everybody else already said. PS: Make sure you don't already have a lid though. Some SS's came w/ them.

thanks a lot for the help i guess next ill do the lid and the filter, i forgot to mention i just got a set of tires to (goodyear eagle f1 gs d-3) and i have the m6 just in case that matters. Thanks again with the help

Like they said get a lid and filter first.

Not a performance mod, but if the skip shift annoys you in traffic eliminate that too.
