Question Center Console

I need to know if a 00+ A4 center console from a Trans Am will bolt up with out any problems to a 94 Camaro. My main concern is the differences (if any) between a Camaro and Trans Am center console. I don't think there are..besides the actual shifter head being different. I would be using the shifter from the Camaro. Is it a different bolt pattern? Different heights? Not looking for guesses to weather it would fit fine...I'm thinking it should be fine,,but not 100% positive. Any input?

Thanks

It will bolt up fine but you will have a gap in the front of the console where it used to meet up with the dash...

Thanks for the quick reply. Is that gap only because of the older dash? If a 98+ dash was put in, there would be no gap, correct?
