Default lights flickering

when I first start my car, mainly when its cold, all the dash lights and headlights flicker for a little bit and then go on as normal. It almost looks like it is having a power surge. any ideas?

check battery terminal connections, are they tight, or corroaded, and is the battery the original ACDelco, ACDelco batterys suck, my thought, get a red-top optima

i just read your sig, depending on how big your amp and subs are, you may want a higher output alternator, ive heard MSD had some nice high output alternators, and if you need a battery and go with the optima, big stereo stuff you might want the yellow-top

My car just started doing the same thing, turned out the main hot from the fuse block behind the LH headlight was barely loose.

Problem was solved.
