Default Tentative plan for this year

This is my plan for the car this year, wanting to know what people thoughts are and if they might do things differently.
Jet Hot LT's & TSP ORY, !AIR, !EGR, LS6 Intake, ported throttle body, UMI Shock Tower Brace, probably UMI sub-frames. That's about what my original budget was for ~$1500 but I think that might be going up. I also want to get it tuned to remove the codes and get as much as I can out of the mods. I don't plan on doing a cam, if I do, until at least the next year so do you guys think its worthwhile to tune at that point? I live in Indianapolis so the closest tuning places would probably be in Chicago, Speed Inc. charges $450, is there anywhere around that would be cheaper. What would be most efective power-wise past the original $1500 mark that is only around $500? I figure a tune would be that. The only bolt-ons left after this are what, a pulley? I have to say I don't really understand what those do. My goal is to break 350 hp at the wheels with this round of mods, I don't know what I'm at right now cause I've never dynoed it. Think that's doable? But it runs a 13.3@107 right now with a 2.1 60'. Only mods so far are SSRA and TSP Lid. I know drag radials would be helpful but I'm afraid of breaking the rear, I COULD pay for a rear if that happened as I've got lots more money than this to spend, I just don't want to. Another reason I don't know if I want those is because I put a little bit over 1000 miles a month on my car, and I'm not sure how long the drag radials would last me. What kind of mileage can you get with them? Let me know what you guys think.

id say go a little cheaper and get coated pacesetters instead of the jet hoy LTs. they do the same thing. also, do gears- 4.10s, and some beefier axles to be safe. and about the tires, just buy a couple of stocker wheels, they would be cheap, and have a good set of drag radials or slicks mounted on them. just swap out for the weekends or track days.

oh, and the pulley is a good mod, but do that with the cam and you wont be charged for install on it. and yes, definately get a tune after the cam. and definately do the cam.

Even with TSP cheap price on Pacesetters right now it'll only cost me $75 for Jet Hots, I'll gladly pay that much for the better quality. Aren't gears, especially 4.10s gonna kill my highway fuel mileage? I move back and forst between two states now, and I'm always at least an hour and a half from my girlfriend so I do a fair amount of highway driving. And won't that just increase the chance of hirting the rear. The new rims and tires are a good idea though, doing that alone would probably get me in the 12's. Worthwhile to get a tune after these planned mods?

Depends out what DR's you get. Nittos = less traction but better wear. BFG DR's = Better traction not as good wear. Micky Thompson DR's = Best traction worse wear. I have a friend that had Nitto DR's and got about 12k miles on em.

ive been told that 4.10s on an m6 arent that bad on the highway. you do have six gears. my buddy is getting them in his 01 WS6. and if you get stronger axles that will help with a rear end problem. even if you dont do gears id do axles. and get a cam, and then a tune.
