I purchased one form him 6 months ago at the 39.95 price and looks to be new and works perfect. Dont forget these use to cost $159.95 when they first came out and kept that price for a few years. I would say its way worth it for the price. Also note on my last car which was a 2000 trans-am on the gtech it ran a 13.2 at 105mph and took it to the track the next weekened and it ran a best of 13.3 at 104 mph.
