setting keyless entry

how do you program the keyless entry on a 98 formula...i don't have the owners manual...

Yeah, the dealer here told me they had to hook it up to some "box" to reprogram a new fob for a $45 fee. Then he finally just printed off the instructions after I complained about the fee.
