Help a newb out! There's a car in my local area that I'm considering and it has the mods below. What kind of power should this car be making? And with 105k miles should I even consider this car? BTW it's a 98 SS/M6 if that matters.

Yea.. a 98 with over 100k miles, 11,5 is a little steep. Plus does it need tires or brakes? Try and get him down around 10. It doesnt really have big enough mods to make it more valuable. I know i got my TA for 11 and its a 99 with 34k and has WS6 hood, borla, FTRA, pully, MAF, 18's, tint, etc so try and egt that price down and it will be a good deal if it was cared for. Jsut wait and the right one will pop up. I waiting 7 months to find mine and the right one finally came.

None of the mods listed would require that fuel pump. It either had boost, NOS, or a big H/C package. Motor has probably seen better days. I would look around. sorry. 
He could of just had plans for it though.
As far as the price I would def thalk him down alot. I only paid 11500 for mine with only 24000 miles on it. Be patient and you will find a good deal on one. From what I have found in the past if you are financing it the banks won't be willing to do long terms on a high milage car. So you can probally get one for less money per month and a better interest rate also. Have you checked out the for sale section on here generly some good deals down there.
