quick question my car is idling at 500rpm (sumtimes 490) and feel lumpy
thats when its warm
when its cold and idling at 600rpms it purrs smoother than my dads Merc E500! Whats the deal? Are the spark plugs going out? whats up with the lumpy vibrating idle

About the idle, mine idles at around 800 or so, might want to change the plugs/wires and see if that solves anything. Good luck!

Nice upgrade from a 6er huh? Those baffles are cut clean off! Never seen that before. As far your idle problem, do a plugs and wires like mentioned, clean your MAF with some Q-tips and carb cleaner CAREFULLY, and see where you are when the dust settles.
