Compression numbers on an engine I'm purchasing...

Compression numbers on an engine I'm purchasing... I was told that all compression #'s came in between 190 and 200 on 8 cylinders tested.
Oil pressure was 55 cold and 45 hot.
I did a quick search, but didn't find anything. I will look again, but if a couple of you could post whether these #'s are fair, good, or awesome, I'd greatly appreciate it.
