12s should be no problem with sticky tires.
Main time i drive on Autobahn or Highway .
only sometimes i raced on the track or go to dragracing
SLP Flowpack and HPP3 are in my Garage at this time so it will be put on the car next time

HPP3 are usually a waste, they really don't do anything as far as performance.
Be honest with yourself when selecting a stall. You want to list what are your goals in getting a converter, then buy a converter than makes sense matching up to those goals. Ie, a 2600 converter is a good street only converter, but if you want higher track times get a bigger converter. But if you get a bigger converter, there are disadvantages like it will be looser and your mileage is going to be aweful.
But basically the mods you listed are good mods. You should get into the 12s depending on weather.
The biggest bang for the buck is going to be headers. I recommend stainless headers and true duals. In addition to a lid, ls6 intake, and ported tb, you will have the best intake/exhaust track possible to have.
