Default Engine mount install help

Hi, I have 99 ls1 firebird and i want to change the motor mounts. I wanted to know if there is any tricks or method of doing them? This is going to be my first time changing them on this car,so please help

If you have access to a High Lift to put the car and have a transmission floor jack, then get a block of wood and place it under the oil pan. Crank it just a little bit so the engine's weight is no longer so much on the mount un bolt the mount from the motor, I believe its a 19mm bolt. once removed then you can lift it up some more but be careful and watch your Y pipe etc from hitting the car. Once you have adequate lift space for your hands to access it remove and replace.
