Default what you think?

I took my a4 t/a to the track on reg. gas. And the best i got out of it was a 14.1, now i go back into town they tell me to run 91. I know i should have ran that the whole time anyway...but you think it could drop me down into the mid 13's just by gas? and i didnt have a lid yet either but iono if that helps a whole hell of alot but info plz and thank you...

if you mean 87 as being regular, yeah you are probably missing out on a BIT of performance in the way of the pcm retarding your timing a bit. Id say ONLY use premium(91+) even day to day, your LS1 likes that **** and stone cold says so(ur owners manual). Should be in the 13s either which way tho considerin its an auto, refuel and go again!

its not about a v8...have you ever owned a CAR? every car requires different things. you need to know the basic requirements of a car, especially if you plan to race it.
