Ashtray spring
Ashtray spring After doing the clutch, i just threw the center console back on a few months ago and the spring with the ashtray came undone. It really started to annoy me with the ashtray open all the time. So ive been messing with it lately and i have come to realize its impossible to put back on 
. Anyone have any pics or a diagram, anything to help me figure out where the other end of the spring connects to? Clutches are easy, ashtray springs are a bitch.

I replaced my ashtray cover last summer when I first got my TA and yes it was a bitch to get it on correctly I ended up screwing around with it for like 45 minutes! I had to use two pair of needle nose pliers to finally get the damn spring in there correctly. Keep messing with it and you will get it.
