There's a artical under the free mods section about removing excess plastic under the air filter for MUCH better breathing.

If you look at a SLP FLowpak, you get a good lid, some shitty rubber bellow which doesn't give you 1hp on the dyno, and a metal air duct that is mounted between your A/C condensor and the rad... it draws in fresh, cool air from under the front of the car, rather than sucking in warm air from the engine bay.
The duct probly doesn't add any hp, but on warmer days, it should help keep your car fairly consitant on the track, specially when doing back to back runs.

well thats why you unbolt it first and cut it while its not connected!
jeez didnt you read the article? haha what would be the easiest device to cut it with? all i think i have is a hack saw....but that'd be hard to cut into the corners with.

1. Posted that i had a 00 Z28
2. Not making fun and it's not really racial just kinda half-assish
3. I already posted that i found that it's open earlier in the forum
Example from first page...
4. I posted the question and found the answer, the topic completely changed and you quoted something earlier in the thread, that was already covered.

Thank you very much.....smartass.

Whats wrong here? You keep quoting stuff i say and answering them way after it's already been covered. You should read the whole thing before you start accusing me of being a smartass.
