Quick and Easy Question

When people say, full-boltons or all the boltons, what are they usually referring to?

"Full bolt ons" isnt a set thing, peoples opinion of what exactly constitutes "full" But a basic list would go something like:

Lid
MAF
TB
Intake manifold
Underdrive pullies
Headers
Cat-back exhaust

I figured that.. but i was just trying to figure out if there was a basic set of common, bolt-ons... thanks for the input though :-)
