I am just wondering how I get these things out w/o breaking them... This is not my vehicle, I am only using it as a reference...

lower right hand corner in red... I did it quick sorry for my lack of quality

 

the center pulls up. pry up w\small screw driver etc and they puul out. they are not real pricey if you need a few. they have a tool for them but if you pull up the center and can get a nail puller under the bottom you have the special tool.
