Lol. I just like being able to change gears... that's all. I get bored driving an automatic cause there's nothing to do... It almost seems too easy kicking their ***. haha. Oh and how much of a gas mileage difference am I looking at with a stall?

Little late, but in my opinion if you think the auto really sucks then you need to consider trading it for a manual if thats what you want. Don't waste your money on something you aren't going to enjoy.

 

i have an m6 and trust me its the way to go if you just wanna have fun w your car
but the fact still remains that an a4 has more potential as a racer

 

I will probably just buy a 6 six speed camaro next... I'm addicted and I already want another one. You know how it goes... I'm looking at those sts turbo kits for my car... any info?

Yes I would like to know about the mileage also. I drive about 80 miles a day. (highway). I average about 24.5 MPG highway right now.

I HATED automatics up until I bought my 98 Z with an A4 - I was your typical 6 speed guy - autos suck, they're boring, they put me too sleep, shifting gears is more fun, etc, etc.

Now I LOVE my A4. I would still rather have a 6 speed for the fun factor, but I'm not complaining at all!

As for mods....I'm going with a 3600 stall, boltons, and a 125 shot. Should be hauling the mail with that combo!

I hear ya man. Six Speeds are fun....and for a while I wished I had gotten one. But now that Im stalled...its 50/50 for me. I love em both.
