Default problem?????

ok guys need some help,
when cars at WOT the rpms jump, then the car goes
it has a late response.......
any ideas?

How old is your clutch? Feel like it's slippin?

Clutch is probably toast. Look into an LS7/LS2 clutch/flywheel combo or if your really going to be beating on it look at the TEX line of clutches.

Well when mine stuttered and bucked after my LT install, it was a burnt O2 wire. It was too close to the headers and the metal melted through the wiring. I replaced it and wrapped it in heat wrap, works fine now. So check your O2's

Is it throwing any codes?

Could be a misfire....

I say all this b/c i've encountered both of these problems and the symptoms were much like yours.

Id say either the clutch or the same thing(s) that Vrbas has said!! Check em all so u dont spend more money then needed. Good luck let us know what u find out.

its my brothers trans am, ill tell him to check it out tomorrow
but he jus replace the o2 sensors with o2 simulaters, so he might of forgot to tuck them up.
