Default Exhaust installation problems

I have an 03 Z06 and was going to install the new exhaust in my own garage. I read that to to take out and re-install the exhaust you need to swing the sway bar down. but once I re-attach the sway bar I'm not sure what tourqe spec, if any, the sway bar should tightened to. please help.

i pulled this off of ls1howto.com hope it points you in the right direction

The bracket bolts need to be torqued to 43lbft using a 13mm socket, and the endlink nuts will once again need to be tightened to 53lbft, this time using the Hex 6mm bit to hold the threads and an 18mm wrench to tighten the nut.
