Cam ?
OP, I have a 224/228 .581/.588 on 113 LSA and it's a great cam driveability-wise. Cam-only, I have seen it put down anywhere from mid-380s to just over 400 to the wheels in various cars with supporting bolt-ons.
Anything roughly this size or smaller, say low 220s, is going to probably be what you're looking for. Keep in mind that as you drop LSA, you may make more power, but risk driveability.
