are you reffering to a bumpstop mod that has gone to far? You can drill new holes, right next to, or even connected to, the original holes in your TPS sensor,,,then, when you install the sensor on your TB, install the screws in your new holes, so the sensor is now at a different angle,,,therefore, giving you a different reading and not throwing a code. The holes would need to be drilled to the left of the original holes so the connector on the sensor is slightly higher than its original position. Hope this helps, kinda hard to tell what your askin.
