Default engine wear

Looking at and ls1/t56 package with 52,000 miles on it. What kind of condition should this motor be in. Plugs, clutch, sensors, anything. Thanks

Depends on the previous owner. With a performance engine such as these, the mileage won't really tell you much. Some are in need of a rebuild at 20K miles, some last to 120K miles. How hard it was ran and how often will only tell.

If its from an individual, try sizing them up on what kind of driver they are (ie. how hard they drove/drive the car).

What year is it?

Its a 99, at a salvage yard. It was t-boned so was hoping the wreck wasnt his fault from driving the car to hard.
