Basic LS1 connections... please help

Basic LS1 connections... please help Ok, I admit I am a newbie and expect flaming, so no worries!! I have an old Jeep that needs an engine upgrade. I was able to locate a new LS1 5.7L crate engine that was originally purchased from GM Performance Parts. It has the aluminum block and is a throttle by wire. It is still in the crate and believe it was a steal at $2k. I have ordered a wiring harness from LS1WiringHarness.com that should be here any day.
I have rebuilt old carbureted engines before, but when I look at this engine, it overwhelms me. Is there any good documentation out there that will point out what all the wire and hose connections are?
I have spent a lot of time searching here and other sites and can't seem to find a concise picture that details all these connections. Things as simple as trying to determine if my fuel rail has a return seem complex because of the numerous connections.
Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can make head or tails of this sweet engine?
